The Hotel Vila Galé Atlântico is located to the west of Albufeira and is almost on top of the beautiful long sandy beach of Praia de Galé. The surrounding area is a holiday and residential zone with the Salgados Links Golf Course less than 5 minutes drive.
The Hotel has 220 Apartments of which 114 are Twins, 98 are Junior Suites and 8 Senior Suites. Each is fully equipped with air-conditioning, satellite TV, safes, kitchenettes, and many with sea views from the balcony. There are also Family Rooms and rooms for disabled guests.
Facilities include the popular 'Allegro II' restaurant which often has live entertainment, a bar, and a further snack-bar to service the pool area.
Inside the Hotel there is a Business Centre, a kiosk, a games room, a heated indoor pool, a Fitness Centre with a Jacuzzi, steam baths and gym. Outside there is a pool, children's playground with seasonal activities, and guest parking. To give an idea of the general neighbourhood there are a number of good restaurants and one of which has 2 Michelin Stars, all within a few minutes walk - however, a prior reservation is advisable for the latter!
