Originally constructed in 1918 as a Hotel with its commanding high position overlooking the town of Viana do Castelo. In 1979 it was purchased and thoughtfully refurbished and redesigned to meet the high standards that are expected by the guests of Pousadas.
There are forty seven rooms, 2 Deluxe and 1 Suite. Of these, one of which is for non-smoking guests and nine are equipped with an Internet connection. It has a restaurant and bar, a swimming pool for adults and a parking area plus two garages.
