The Montechoro Clube 99 is composed of both 58 holiday Apartments and Town Houses They are located at the top end and away from The Strip, a popular area known for its night-life and for its wide selection of restaurants and bars. They are owned and managed by the nearby Hotel Montechoro and guests staying in the Complex have the benefit of using all the Hotel facilities and at the same time having their own catering facilities.
The accommodation available is composed of Studios, One-bedroom and Two-bedroom Apartments, Two-bedroom and Three-bedroom Town Houses. Except for the Studios and One-bedroom apartments which have kitchenettes, the remainder have fully equipped kitchens with stove, dishwasher, microwave and toaster . Each unit has a terrace or balcony and is air-conditioned, and each has satellite TV and a sofa-bed for extra guests. The Two-bedroom units have two bathrooms.
The nearby Montechoro Hotel has many facilities and caters for almost all needs of a family holiday. There is plenty of social live with the Amendoeiras Grill Room and live entertainment, the main Restaurant, the Bambu Snack Bar with an entertainment programme, and a choice of the Aladin and Almondade Bars.
