The new Hotel VIP Executive Azores & Spa is located in Ponta Delgada on the Island of São Miguel in the Azores. The views are magnificent overlooking both the town and sea. This island is famous for its natural beauty and both its locally produced tea and the distinctive local cuisine.
The 229 rooms in the Hotel includes eighteen Suites. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, have safes, mini-bars, cable TV, Internet access, and are fitted with double glazing and extra sound-proofing. Some rooms are four rooms are for disabled guests.
The Hotel facilities include an indoor pool and a Wellness Health & Fitness Spa with a gym, solarium, sauna, steam, Jacuzzi and massage.
For the energetic there is also a squash court. The main Hotel restaurant is divided into two levels, offering good traditional cuisine, whilst on the top floor there is a 'Grill Room'. For social living there is a Bar and a in-house Disco Club.
