The small country hotel Turim Hotel Club d'Azeitão is located on the north side of the Arrábida Natural at Azeitão and lying to the south of Lisbon in the direction of Setúbal. It has been designed to provide relaxed and formal comfort in a rural surrounding.
The 30 'en-suite' rooms have air-conditioning, a mini-bar, a safe, satellite TV and Internet connection. For the convenience of guests there is a pool, tennis court and fitness track around the property. The Hotel is some 30 kilometres from Lisbon Airport which is easily travelled by motorway.
The Arrábida Natural Park is a low mountain range stretching some 55 kms. as a band from east to west and 499 metres at its highest point. It is the only surviving example of primitive Mediterranean vegetation and traces of habitation have been traced back to the iron age.
In the area you may see wild cats, genets and mongoose. Records show over 300 species of butterfly and 450 species of beetle, plus so much more. There is a Oceanic & Fishing Museum at the Fort of Senhora da Arrábida.
