The Colina da Lapa Resort is located at Seismarias on the west side of the village of Carvoeiro in the Algarve. There are 70 comfortable apartments and villas set in landscaped gardens with ample open space. Guests can chose from a selection of One-Bedrooms apartments, or the Two-Bedroom Villas, all with air-conditioning.
There is a large main pool, a children's pool and a children's playground area. There is a reception open from 08.00 hrs to 24.00 hrs to assist guests in all their needs. There is also a bar and a restaurant for social living and live entertainment provided in the season, a mini-market, games room and two tennis courts.
Each apartment has a well equipped kitchen with a clothes washer and the villas also have a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped for all normal needs with an oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee-machine, iron and board. Each also has satellite TV, a fireplace and a safe.
The Complex is about 4 kilometres from the popular Carvoeiro and the fishing village of Ferragudo facing Portimão. In the vicinity there is a choice of attractive smaller and more intimate beaches. A daily scheduled courtesy bus will transport guests to beaches and the village.
