The Hotel Apartments Aqualuz Troia-Mar was opened in 2008 and part of a new tourist complex in the idealistic location on the Troia Peninsular, across the estuary from Setúbal, Portugal. This estuary is about an hour's drive from Lisbon Airport and access is made by a regular car ferry service across the river.

There are 79 modern comfortable apartments suitably furnished for holiday purposes. These are composed of either a Studio, One-bedroom or Two-bedroom Apartments. The studio has the extra benefit of the option of having in addition two bunk beds for children. The facilities include a restaurant and bar, indoor and outdoor pools, beauty salon, shops, a business centre, a new Wellness Spa & Fitness Centre and tennis.
