The Balaia Golf Village Resort is designed for all needs of a family holiday. Located close to Albufeira in the Algarve, it combines over 500 well furnished accommodation consisting of apartments and villas set in a 40 hectare parkland together with leisure and sporting facilities. The Resort is approximately 35 minutes drive from the Faro airport.
Less than 500 metres from sandy beaches and in the gardens it has 6 swimming pool areas, with separate pools for children. An outdoor pool is heated during winter months.

There are two fine restaurants, the A Varandah and the Le Club both of which serve a Mediterranean cuisine. For practical family light meals there are two Snack-Bars.
