Lisbon Airport to the City is fairly easy - there's no Metro (subway) but the local buses numbers 44 and 45 run every few minutes to Cais do Sodre which is in the city centre. That's about a 20 minute journey. Fare is €1.20 but is increasing soon to I know not what.
