Accommodation In Lagos

Hi,
I plan to visit the Algarve for 1-3 weeks in mid-November. Can anyone recommend some good, reasonable, clean, accommodation fitting as many of the following criteria as possible?
1. Heated pool
2. Near beach and restaurants
3. Jacuzzi
4. Fitness room
5. Kitchen
6. Satellite TV
7. Non-smoking

I'm initially looking in the Lagos area, but would consider anywhere in the Algarve.


Additionally, does anyone have any comments on the Estella da Luz?
