Travel from Sevilla to Faro and Lagos

Hi,

I am travelling to Spain (Madrid, Malaga, Sevilla) in July. I would also like to visit Faro, Lagos and Sagres.

Can someone please advise on how to reach Faro/Lagos/Sagres from Sevilla (in Spain). Is there a self storage in either Faro/Lagos/Sagres where we can store most of our luggage and travel around the South of Portugal more comfortably?
